Policies

Serious Inquiries Only: Due to the high demand of appointments and level of care provided during your appointments with Lisa, she requires her guests to take her time just as seriously as she takes theirs!
Cancellation Policy: Please give 24 hours notice before cancelling or rescheduling appointments so that she is able to accommodate another guest.
No Show Policy: Guests who no-show appointments will incur a $25 cancellation fee for services under 2 hours or $50 cancellation fee for services over 2 hours.
Keratin Treatments are only guaranteed when the recommended products are purchased directly from Lisa.
Your color service is only guaranteed when you purchase shampoo and conditioner from Lisa or The Network!
