Owner of The Network Salon
I’m Gina Bianca, and I’ve dedicated over 15 years to the beauty industry as a hairstylist, salon owner, educator, and entrepreneur. From graduating Paul Mitchell The School and learning under industry icons like Robert Cromeans to teaching in 40+ states and internationally, my journey has been about growth, adaptation, and giving back. I own The Network Salon and run The Network Mastermind, a coaching program that provides hairstylists and salon owners with the tools and support they need to thrive.
I’ve also built a 7-figure independent education business, launched my own product line, and hosted a podcast for over six years. Beyond my professional achievements, I’m a proud mom, 4 years sober, and passionate about helping others. Whether I’m mentoring stylists, leading retreats, or cooking for my family, I live by the mantra, “Be a blessing, and you will be blessed.”
