Gina's Experience

Gina started out in beauty school like everyone else and built a successful six figure business behind the chair as an employee. Shortly after, she built the same six figure business for herself as an independent artist. Craving more, she opened one of Connecticut's top employee based salons, Gina Bianca Hair which was a 4,000 square foot team-based salon business. In her last taxable year of business, the salon grossed $1,000,000. Expanding on her passion, Gina built another 7 figure traveling education business, teaching the industry about foiling and business; she then continued to grow her education business in-salon education and online. She has countless best selling e-books, business courses, hair videos and her renowned Mastermind group with hundreds successful students and clients who have increased their income by tens of thousands. Gina's coaching business is so in demand that her coaching calls start at $1000. Thats not all. Since the industry has completely changed over the last 5 years with independent contractors making up a majority of the industry, Gina went all in and built a 26 chair booth rental salon business called The Network. The Network is now a 10,000 square foot hair salon, education center and yoga studio. The Network is 100% occupied with a waitlist of artists wanting to work there. Gina has also worked with top brands such as Paul Mitchell, Oligo Professional, Joico and is a member of the Behind the Chair Team. With all accomplishments and projects aside, her biggest passion is education and teaching her students and clients exactly HOW she overcame the many obstacles that stop so many from achieving what she has achieved.
