Hi, I’m Gina Bianca—a hairstylist, salon owner, international educator, podcaster, and mastermind creator with over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry. I’ve built a multifaceted career that combines my passion for hair color, business education, and mentorship. I specialize in creating high-impact, low-maintenance transformations, from lived-in blondes and brondes to advanced color corrections. My deep knowledge of hair color and expertise in multiple professional lines, including Oligo Professional and Innersense Organic Beauty, allow me to craft personalized, stunning results for every guest.

In my salon, I’m known for achieving incredible transformations in just one session, thanks to my expertise, speed, and efficiency. Whether I’m removing years of box dye or designing a fresh, low-maintenance look, I collaborate with my guests to create a hair journey that aligns with their lifestyle and goals. My approach is honest and straightforward, and I pride myself on making the most of my guests’ time while delivering exceptional results.

Beyond the salon, I’ve built a global reputation as an educator, teaching hairstylists and salon owners in nearly all 50 states and internationally. My career has allowed me to partner with top industry brands like Behind the Chair, John Paul Mitchell Systems, Oligo Professional, Joico, Rusk Professional, and Innersense Organic Beauty. I’ve had the honor of styling hair for TLC’s Darcey & Stacey and Lady Gaga’s Stupid Love music video, and these experiences have shaped my journey and expanded my creative horizons.

I’m also the host of a podcast and the creator of The Network Mastermind, a coaching program designed to help hairstylists and salon owners grow their businesses and achieve sustainable success. With an emphasis on education, mentorship, and support, I strive to inspire others to elevate their careers while staying grounded in what matters most.at

When I’m not working, I’m a proud mom, dog lover, and small business owner who enjoys cooking, baking sourdough, and spending time at home with my family. I am also sober, which is very important to me. I love connecting with other sober women as well! My philosophy is simple: “Hair is the one accessory you wear every single day—invest in it, take care of it, and don’t be afraid to change it up.”

Whether I’m behind the chair, teaching on stage, or coaching behind the scenes, my mission is to empower others to feel confident, inspired, and ready to take on the world.
