Step into a softly lit, candlelit sanctuary for an intimate, 60-minute journey designed exclusively for couples. In this serene space, you and your partner will be guided through sensual, tantric-inspired yoga practices that weave together gentle breathwork, mindful touch, and connected movement.


Feel each other’s presence as you ignite a renewed sense of intimacy. Every moment, every breath is crafted to help you let go and open your hearts to each other in ways that words alone cannot express. To carry the warmth of your experience home, each couple will receive a specially curated goodie bag, filled with items to enhance your connection beyond the session. 

This practice requires no prior yoga experience—just an openness to reconnect, rebuild, and rediscover each other.

Reconnect with your inner self at our Winter Yin Workshop!

The arrival of the winter season signals to the world outside to become quiet and still, offering us a unique opportunity to slow down and embrace the stillness within ourselves. Join us for a Yin Yoga workshop dedicated to honoring the quiet season. 


In this class, students will journey through a series of gentle, long-held postures that invite deep relaxation and introspection. Yin Yoga focuses on the connective tissues, enhancing flexibility and balance while encouraging a meditative state. Each pose will be held for several minutes, allowing you to explore the sensations in your body and cultivate a deeper capacity and awareness of your breath. The poses will reflect Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian theory, focusing on Kidney and Bladder meridians. 


What to Expect:

- Long-Held Poses: Experience the profound benefits of Yin Yoga as we hold poses for 3-5 minutes each, allowing for deep release and relaxation.

- Mindful Breathing: You will be guided through breathwork that enhances your connection to your body and promotes a sense of calm throughout the practice.

- Supportive Props: We will use bolsters, blankets, and blocks to help create a comfortable environment where you can fully surrender into each pose.

- Mindfulness Meditation: At the beginning of the class, we will take a few moments for a meditation to support the transition to intentional stillness. 


Who Is This Class For?

This class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. Modifications and variations will be provided to accommodate individual needs and comfort levels.
