If you are a new guest looking for a color transformation and are unsure of what to book, please book this service so our artists can guarantee there is enough time to deliver you the hair of your dreams! Your stylist will reach out for a virtual consultation before your appointment.

Corrective Color
Color correction services are charged hourly at $70/hour - six hour minimum booking with 50% down to reserve a day of your stylist time. If you have to cancel or reschedule please let us know and we can move the reservation. No Shows will lose their deposit.

Policies:
We believe in flexible and clear policies. Please read our policies and only book a reservation if you understand them. If you have any questions about these policies or about booking an appointment at The Network Salon, please reach out to your stylist directly.
Deposit/No-Show/Cancellation Policy
All services over 1 hour require a $50 deposit. Deposit is non-refundable for No-Shows. Please give 24 hours notice when rescheduling your reservation and your deposit will be moved to your next reservation.
Redo Policy
Your hair is only guaranteed (insured) when you invest in the recommended shampoo and conditioner directly through The Network Salon. If you are not satisfied with your hair for any reason and your hair is insured, your adjustment is complimentary. Please reach out to Bridget directly within 10 days of your service so they can make any necessary adjustments to meet your needs.
Redo Policy Exceptions
Some guests, even when they purchase the recommended products will not qualify for this policy for reasons beyond our control.*
Who doesn't qualify:
Guests enduring a color correction process
Guests who have used box color in the last 2 years
Guest who's desired goal requires multiple steps/visits
Guests who adjust their own hair or have another artist adjust their hair
Guests falling under these categories will have to pay for any adjustments at the rate of $70/hour.
*This will be outlined in The Network's Multi-Step Color Agreement and explained to you by your stylist.
Once your desired result is achieved your stylist will guarantee your hair.
